FINANCIAL PLANNING SERVICES

Like most people, you have hopes, dreams and life goals for yourself and your family. These might include buying/selling a home or business, saving for college education for your children, getting your estate planning in order, eliminating taxes or retiring comfortably. Financial planning is the process of wisely managing your finances so that you can achieve your dreams and goals. The role of a financial planner is to outline your total financial picture and then map out a path to your desired goals and objectives.

The planning process includes an in-depth analysis of your current financial circumstances. We evaluate strengths and weaknesses. We uncover opportunities. We continually educate you about your options. I incorporate client specific areas of financial planning as needed; whether it be wealth accumulation, IRAs, Insurance planning, retirement Income planning, investments, tax management strategies, wealth preservation, education or estate planning. We can coordinate with your CPAs, attorneys, and other financial advisers to develop and implement the best strategies for your personal financial plan. Then we establish a customized plan that addresses your specific needs.

I will help you design and put in place financial strategies to meet a variety of goals and needs. As an independent Advisor, I have access to many products and services from a large variety of investment and insurance companies allowing me to develop specific strategies to meet each clients objectives. My goal is to simplify your financial life by clearly explaining how a particular strategy fits into your overall financial plan. Then, by offering independent, practical advice, we will review the potential options available to meet your goals.

Financial planning takes a commitment from you and your financial Advisor. Together, we will work to develop a financial plan that balances your short-term needs with your long-term goals. I'll stay in touch, so as your needs evolve over time we can make the adjustments necessary to help protect your overall financial picture for the future.

As a CFP®, working in your best interest, I incorporate the principles of the financial planning process to help you reach your financial goals.

The following steps make up the financial planning process:

  1. Establishing and defining the client-planner relationship -
  2. Gathering client data and determining goals and expectations - We work with you to define and prioritize your financial goals.
  3. Analyzing and evaluating the client's financial status - We analyze client information to assess your current situation and determine what must be done to achieve our clients’ goals. Depending on the services requested, this assessment could include analyzing the client's assets, liabilities and cash flow, current insurance coverage, investments or tax strategies.
  4. Developing and presenting the financial planning recommendations and/or alternatives - we work closely with you to provide practical advice and create a customized investment plan that integrates all your financial goals.
  5. Implementing the financial planning recommendations - We put the agreed upon recommendations into effect.
  6. Monitoring the financial planning recommendations - Once a plan or investment strategy is put into effect, we continue to monitor and modify your plan as economic conditions, and personal circumstances change.

Effective tax planning is the cornerstone of comprehensive Wealth Management; through collaborating with your experienced Attorneys and Tax Professionals, our goal is to assist our clients in establishing the most effective ways to position their wealth, utilizing all of the federal and state tax rules and regulations most favorable to our clients. Planning strategies include tax favored wealth accumulation and ultimately distribution to themselves and surviving generations.
